I forgot my password, what should I do?

Reset your password or username by using the email address registered with your Didik2U account. Below, we explain a simple process for resetting your password.

Step 01: Click on Sign In

Step 02: Click on forgot password or forgot username to reset it.

Step 03: Fill up your email address registered to your Didik2U account and click on Submit.

Step 04: A code for verification will be sent to your email address. Key in the code with your username to prove that this is your account.

Step 05: Key in new password, confirm password and click on submit button

Now that your reset process has been successful, you can log in to your account with your new password and continue shopping.

How do I place an order?

Follow the steps below to place an order at Didik2U:

Step 01: Go to the category of products that you would like to purchase.

Step 02: If you want to see the details, you can click on the image of the product.

Step 03: Select the quantity by clicking on “+” and continue to add to cart.

A popup message will appear and ask whether you want to proceed to check out or continue shopping. If you want to proceed with checkout, you can click on that button.

Step 04: Ensure that the billing address and shipping address is correct.

If you are a new user and have not yet entered your shipping and billing information. You may fill up at this part.

Step 05: Continue by selecting your shipping and payment method for this order. Click on “Pay Now” to proceed to the payment process.

Step 06: Once your payment has been confirmed. You can view your order by clicking on the message box that appears. Your order details will be listed in this page. At this stage your order will be “confirmed”, the status for your order will continue to change and be updated by the vendor from time to time.

You have already successfully placed an order. Just wait for your items to be sent to your address.

How do I edit my shipping address?

Here are a few steps on how to edit your shipping address:

Step 01: Go to your dashboard and click on “address”

Step 02: You can edit your previous address by clicking on “pencil” tools.

Step 03: You also can add multiple addresses by clicking on “New Billing Address” or “New Shipping Address”.

Step 04: Select what default address you want to use for your upcoming purchase.

You've successfully updated your shipping address.

How do I make payment for my order?

Here are a few steps on how to make payments for your order:

Step 01: If you are still in the cart and want to proceed with your purchase by making a payment, go the the cart and review it and click the "Next" button.

Step 02: Ensure that your shipping and billing address is correct. After that you can continue by clicking on the ”Next” button.

Step 03: Select your shipping method and click on the “Next” button.

Step 04: After that, continue by selecting your payment method. In Didik2U, you can choose either to use online banking or credit cards. Continue by clicking on the “Pay Now” button.

Step 05: In the merchant site, you can continue the payment process by selecting your payment gateway, for example using FPX, Shoppe pay, Grab Pay or etc.

If the payment process is successful, then you have already made a payment for your order.

How do I track my order?

Follow the steps below to learn more about the status of your order. With this, you can also track your order using the tracking number.
Easily track your School2U parcel delivery with the simple steps below:

Step 01: After your order has been changed to "Shipped" you will receive an email notification stating that your order has been changed. At the same time, you will receive an email with a tracking number included, which you can continue to check by pressing the "Track Now" button on the email.

Step 02: You can also go to the main page of School 2u Mall, click the "Tracking Order" link at the bottom. After that, you can insert your tracking number to track your parcel.

What is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is the fee that is payable by Didik2U in exchange for using the courier services provided by the company through its courier partners (Delyvaa); these fees vary depending on the product, size, weight, dimension, volumetric weight, location of pickup or delivery, and other shipment terms outlined in the commercial terms section of this agreement.
Users can check their shipping fee at one place, which is the checkout page.

Step 01: Go to the cart and proceed to the checkout.

Step 02: Add the view cart, you can see two different totals. First is the total with only products and the second one is the total including shipping fee.

Step 03: You also can see the shipping fee when you want to select the shipping method. It will list the shipping method with shipping fee.
